Technical Support: Not getting Reward points for C2C time in privates
I have done a couple privates the last two days and had my cam on for each one but only one of the privates posted as C2C points to my account. For example I did a private today (July 8th) for around 28 minutes with my cam on and did not get any points for the cam2cam time just points for the credits spent. I know my cam was on and working.

I also had a private show last week on July 4th with c2c activity but haven't received points for it either. Can someone reach out to me as well regarding this?

I did some testing and it looks like if you start a private using the make me an offer button you will not get points for cam 2 cam time.

I had two recent privates with c2c and afterwards, Flirt Points were calculated once again. So it looks system is running back to the norm.
Still, it would be nice to know what sort of glitch happened before and if those missing points can/will be added. Quote

Hi arch313, it looks like your offer show was completed just prior to the issue being fixed and it should work now moving forward. If you try again and do not see the points being added please let us know. - K.K.
