If a model accepts a show offer for 30 minutes at 10 cpm and the show ends before the 30 minutes has elapsed, does the customer lose the full 300 credits or only get charged for the amount of time they were in the show? Quote
I believe this is the incorrect answer. When you do an "offer" show for 30 mintues at 10cpm you are commiting to pay for the entire 30 minutes. Unless something has changed recently.

This is not completely accurate.
If you decide to leave the show early, you will be responsible for the minimum amount of credits you promised for the paid show. For example: If the agreed upon rate is 10 credits per minute at 30 minutes, you will still be charged 300 credits if you leave after 3 minutes.
If the performer ends the show early you will only be charged the negotiated cost-per-minute for the time that was actually spent in the paid show.

I'm not 100% your statement "If the performer ends the show early you will only be charged the negotiated cost-per-minute for the time that was actually spent in the paid show." is totally correct. I have found that if for whatever reason the show ends prior to the agreed time/cpm you will be charged full amount unless you contact "Live Support" and request a refund. I have had this happen a few times and connection issues caused early "withdrawal" and I was charged.. I contacted "Live Support" and was refunded immediately. I don't recall a time a model has left early unless it was connection issues.

From my experience when I've gotten disconnected due to internet/connection issues, I've called and gotten full refund for entire show, and the credits were not deducted from M'Lady's payment. I would've been happy with just the unused portion, but they've given me full credit in most cases.
