Hi there, I'm new here and I saw yesterday after a first private that the recording of it was available on the site, even if I believed it was exclusive private... is this normal? Are all private sessions recorded and put on sales for any member? Or do I have possibility to disable that feature for all my privates? Can models deactivate that feature for all their privates if they want?

All private shows and group shows over 5 minutes are recorded and put in your VOD vault. As a premium member, you have the ability to purchase your own video for future watching. As a VIP you have free access to the video.

As a member that did not take part in the private, some of these videos are available for purchase and some are not. Both the VOD director (you) and the model have the ability to either share or not share with the general public.
If either one choose to not share, thus making the VOD ineligible, then only you and the model will ever see.

I try to disable the share from my director's vault by clicking on the "don't share" link and confirming but it still displays the same afterwards.... so it doesn't seem to work.... can someone help? Does the change take some time to become effective?

Yes, Idk why it's been doing that lately, perhaps someone from the tech team can look into. If you look at other threads there seems to be an issue with updates showing immediately, for example favorites online when they have logged off etc.
Just give it some time and go back and check in a bit and it will switch to Share.

Hello, Thank you for reaching out via the forums. All videos over 4 minutes in length will be recorded. If you wish to not have the video viewed by other users, either you or the model may choose the do not share option. If you go to your Directors Vault, it will show the clips of all of your available VOD's--before clicking on any of the clips, on the bottom left you will see "Don't Share". You will simply click on that and another screen will pop up asking that you confirm that you wish to keep the VOD as private.
