Has anyone else notice a recent increase in the number of VODs where the preview screen or screenshot of the action is unavailable.

Yeah, I found what you're describing. Thanks for bringing it up. I've created a task for the team to find which server is causing the error and correct the matter. We'll also reprocess the missing files to make a retroactive correction. It may take a bit of time to get them all reprocessed, but you'll eventually see the images.

I'm hoping other members can chime in and let it be known if you are seeing the same as me.

Yes, am seeing same thing on VODs I have viewed multiple times. This is the first time I got a "NO Image" message.

when I login to a chat room, I cannot see the model. Why is the video image is not working?

Still encountering the “Image Not Available” phenomenon.
Three examples from the past few minutes:
Bio page of Mia Klavner has links for five videos; four are Image Not Available.
Bio page of Mia Percy has five of five Image Not Available.
Bio page of Mia Evens has two of five Image Not Available.
(Same first name just pure coincidence.)

On a related issue, VIP Feature Shows (Guys) page

https://www.flirt4free.com/vip/members/feature-shows.php?service=guys

and VIP Feature Shows (Girls) page

https://www.flirt4free.com/vip/members/feature-shows.php?service=girls

are showing "Image Not Available" for the thumbnails of the 5 (guys) and 10 (girls) most
recent feature show videos.

Your assistance in getting to the bottom of this problem which is becoming quite pervasive
throughout the website would be most appreciated.

Thanks in advance!
Woody

Angela, just wanted to check in and see how the team is progressing with this task you created?

The correction was made and the files from that period were fixed. Is the issue happening again?

I don't know if again is the correct word here, more like still. I can't recall a day when I didn't come across VODs with blocked images. Choose a random model and go-to view my videos from their room page and it will give you a preview of up to 6 of their videos and most if not all will be blacked out with the message image not available.
I've seen one every day since originally reported

VsAngelaA,

See Post #11 above for continuing daily problem.

Thanks in advance,

Just checked:
- Mia Percy
- Trisha Aiden
Both have “Image Not Available” for ALL videos on their bio pages.
Same type situation for many of the women; those are just two examples viewed recently.
