Technical Support: Profile picture not displayed

Hi! When I go to my user profile, my profile photo is not displayed.

Are you still having the same issue? Please make sure you have added your pic to your profile. Try logging out and then logging back in this will refresh the system.

Yes of course, I have added my custom avatar/photo, but on my user profile page it is not shown. I have logged out and logged in, but it is still not shown. Unless if the avatar is not the same thing as the profile pic, and there is another way to upload the profile pic which I am not aware of. Quote

Hello,
Can you check on your profile Privacy? You can do this by going to your screen names page. From there you can hover over "Manage Profile" and select "Edit Profile Privacy" . There you can select what information you want to share with customers and models. Once you are done selecting your options, you can go to the bottom and click "Apply Settings" if you would like to have the same settings across all screen names you can select "Apply Settings To All Profiles" . Hi! Yes, I did that, I have checked everything to be visible to everyone and clicked "apply settings", but my profile picture is still not displayed. I have sent a screenshot via e-mail of what I see.
