I wanted to purchase $25 worth of tokens, clicked the $25 button and entered my zip code as requested. When the transaction wasn't completed I noticed that it wanted me to enter my zip code again, which I did. When the transaction completed this time I noticed that I wasn't credited with $25 worth of tokens, but with $100 worth of tokens which I was charged every penny for. This is NOT the first time that this has happened to me here, where somewhere in the process of purchasing credits, it does a serious unwanted upcharge and is more than happy to keep the money.

Is this intentional?

In repeating my steps, I see what is happening. Your purchasing app always defaults to $100. Set it to whatever number you want, if you need to change anything or refresh, it will always reset itself to $100. I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and assume that this is not an intentional way to trick your customers into spending more money than they want to, but even using the most innocent thinking, its very possible that many customers are being charged much more than they wanted & I can't think of any legitimate reason for having the price default to any dollar amount.

Hahaha, yes, I've had exactly the same happen to me. I just assumed this is a "trick" by flirt, to upsell. I am VERY careful where and what I click for now, the site has many such "tricks" up their sleeves.

Also, it takes the purchase credits screen a few seconds to fully load. For example, there are times when a promo is automatically set on the purchase, but it you click too fast and complete the purchase before it loads completely, the code won't be applied. This could be the same in your case. You click $25 before it is fully loaded, but once it does load, it resets to the default setting of $100. This happened to me before, but when I wanted to buy more than $100 worth. I was confused why I didn't have the right number of credits, but then I realized it was processed for $100 instead of the amount I wanted.
