My model online notifications were working fine but this week they were all deleted and replaced by a message "You do not have any Model Notifications." Every time I add them again they are removed again a few hours later
Can you fix this please?

Hi Jeffie, I think what is happening is that the notifications are bouncing. We don't want to send a lot of e-mails that bounce, so when they do, we disable notifications because our e-mail reputation will be compromised if they aren't arriving. You may need to check your e-mail's settings to ensure that they aren't being sent to spam because our system will auto-disable them if that is the case.

Hi Beverly
There is no reason that I can think of why your notifications would suddenly start bouncing. I have used the same email address for years and I have not changed my email settings. My mailbox is set to accept everything from vs.com and there is nothing in my junk mail folder. In other words, nothing at all has changed on my end but suddenly you are removing my notifications models

Maybe, Thomas, but why?
I was receiving notifications for at least 6 months without a problem, then this week the notifications stopped and 3 or 4 times my notifications models were all deleted, without me changing anything. Since my first post in this thread I have started receiving notifications again, still without me changing anything.

My notifications have been working fine again since my first post in this thread, although some are a little late sometimes

I get every mail for your contests, and mass mailings from models i never go to, so tell me how it is that only the email i want isn't accepted?
Same here. I get emails about promos and beggar emails from models I have NEVER visited (Hazina)but as of the 2nd day of January, all my online notifications stopped and I just discovered they are gone from your system. I thought all the models were on vacation in Cancun again. But F4F just decided to delete my settings. Turned off. Nothing there. It is NOT my email provider, which is a Yahoo premium account that has accepted your model notifications for years. I have checked spam and it is NOT there. It is your loss F4F. I won't spend money if I don't know my models are online.

This is what happened to me in November last year - it seems to be a random thing

The problem will never be fixed as long as the site continues to blame external influences as the cause

We already replied once in this thread. Marking all of those messages as SPAM hurts our scores and would hurt everyone who wants to receive these notifications. If you want to unsubscribe please use one of the many tools we provide to do this.

Sorry this is happening. We've re-opened the bug fix to look into this further. There are enough people posting here on this thread that we might be able to get to the bottom of it using your accounts as examples when debugging.
The only thing that I can think of is a task we worked on a few months ago to ensure that each customer only has one record in our mailing list (to avoid duplicate emails) since some people have created multiple accounts over the years. Maybe this is related ... not sure yet but we'll figure it out.

NOTE: The system cannot differentiate between notifications that were turned off because of a bounce-back or at your request (currently). If you reactivate all and see some you don't want you can still easily click to remove those.
Hope this helps improve your experience.
