Hello, thank you for taking the time to contact us! We currently have a backlog on VOD's trying to be re-uploaded to the site. Typically, this process takes up to 48 hours. Right now, we are estimating it will take up to an additional 72 hours for the VOD's to be re-uploaded to the site right now. We do apologize for the inconvenience as we try to resolve this issue!

The backlog released is for all VOD, so no need to report specific recordings. Because of the volume of stuck files and ongoing shows getting recorded and imported, expect the delay to be 48 hours. If you still don't see the file you expected after 48 hours, please message Customer Service so we can track it down and understand why it didn't pass through. Thanks!

The system doesn't start the 24 hr free view until the file is available to you.

in groups show too? I saw that a group show video appeared that I had, but it doesn't show who is the director and I was given the most credit. and I have not been able to see again as usual before it comes out that I have to purched the vod

An update on the VOD situation, it seems once the initial download of missing VODs were received, they are once again getting hung up.
Not only am I still missing 2 group shows the weekend, but I am also missing a private show from Tuesday that occurred after it seemed the system had started processing videos again.

That (the videos are an extra perk and they are not guaranteed )excuse is highly demotivating for Flirt4free because why would I need to go private when I cant re-live my experience no more. It's the whole reason why F4F is special to re-live the moments in our privates in relaxed mode. I worked hard to buy credits that never come with special offers or discounts but the same occassional billing rotation and I had the greatest show with my fave model and there is no sign of that video in my Directors' Vault for days and i get the excuse of my life that the videos are not guaranteed! Do you realise there is so much that goes on during the private process that one is trying to direct, typing, thinking and emotions allover the place that i hardly every do anything except after watching the result when i'm relaxed. F4F you can do better because I will not go private no more if our private videos are not guaranteed.

just for the record I have 2 new VODs hung up in the system from yesterday and today. I received the 5 I was missing for the last 2 weeks, but i am still missing one that I really wanted to save from Feb. 28th. I hope they get the glitches worked out soon and things can get back to normal. The number one reason I frequent F4F over other sites is the VIP perks, mainly the VOD "Directors Vault" .. Maybe they're not "guaranteed" as a benefit, but I would not continue to pay the membership if it wasn't available.... Just saying....🤔

It has happened to me. I hope they fix it soon and give us at least a week of free vod. Cause I like to rewatch my shows 1-2 days after it happened. Yeah and like the forum creator said it vod with fav models, if it were with another model maybe no issue, but with fav models it sucks that this happens.
