Technical Support: Former models
Regarding this, I just noticed another issue, suddenly a lot of models from my favorites list have been automatically removed and whenever I try to add them again the "add to favorites" button does nothing. All are inactive models, so I think it's related to this.

It is Not, and to AltairFrost point, many of the inactive models have been removed.

NYStingRay, we recently made an update to the favorites to help make things more efficient. We removed models that haven't been online in the past year. We apologize if this is an inconvenience, but please try to remember that any changes/updates we make is to help improve the overall experience.

But that defeated the whole point of the original request and fix from just a couple of months ago. We know a lot of models haven't been online in over a year, and many of us requested a "Hall of Fame" where we could still see the profile picture of some of our all time favorites that we spent a lot of time and money on years ago. That is why the site created the active/ all options on our favorite page.

They have since reversed their decision to allow us to keep profile photo in our favorites, as a Hall of Fame.
His photo and your memory of him will eventually be taken away.

Hello, I wanted to address the confusion with favorites. We didn't reverse our policy, however when a programmer was doing cleanup on how we store favorites, some changes were made with how long that data was stored that unintentionally affected this area of the site. Our development team is only on-call status right now with the holidays, but we will be looking into options for preserving that data when they're back next week. Apologies for the confusion and inconvenience.

Thank you for clarifying, as that is not what I was told more than 2 weeks ago on the 12 of December, when I assume your staff was not on call status.
We look forward to seeing our favorite models return, if not online at least on our favorites page

I am to see "all" or "active" in my favorites from when customer service told us it was restored. Hope they fix it for you!

Yes, the " all or active" option is there, unfortunately when I look to pull up all favorites, only 1-2 recently departed models appear. Any model that left the site more than 1 year ago doesn't populate.

My "all or active" option displays models that left flirt more than a year ago...with one glaring exception. My most favorite of all time is missing. Perhaps the database has been tinkered with too much.

After a closer look, I am missing one former performer who has been gone several years but others who have been gone as long continue to appear on the list.

However, as long as I kept that model listed as my favorite, I was able to see her last bio photo amongst my favorites until recently.
For example, there was a model that left two years ago, but has always appear on my favorites page, and I chose to keep her there since she was/is my all time favorite.
In the past week or so she, and a couple of other, has been removed and I would like to have them back because to me my favorites are my all time favorites.
