Technical Support: Preview of VoDs
I think that there is a problem with the previewing of all recorded shows. Unlike before there are only two segments - and the second segment is always just a repeat of what the first segment was.

i didn't bother reading it... they play one sippet... also they are so slow to play and buffer when no other site is having issues.

Might as well just do away with the preview altogether. I won't be purchasing any VODs if I cannot see a relevant preview of what's in the show. Used to be four clips. And yes, I know you're working on a solution.

The issue with the short single segment repeating has been resolved. Our preview is now a 10 second clip from the middle of the video.

Hi Admin. Weren't the previews previously multiple clips from different segments of the VOD, instead of just one clip? The "fixed" preview style doesn't give a good idea of what's going on in the VOD, especially just 10s worth

It seems there is another glitch.
When you click the preview it either shows a short clip from the middle then jumps to the beginning or provides a frozen still photo from somewhere in the stream.
Or it starts at the beginning and skips to the middle. Regardless with all of the jumping around and still photos you don't get much of a preview.

I exactly agree with NobodyUNo on this!!
I have seen this PREVIEW mode behavior on many, but not all, recent VODs lately. I have tried to
use "Report Issue" every time for the VODs on which I experience this errant PREVIEW mode
behavior happening.
Immediately below is an excellent example of VOD displaying this errant PREVIEW mode behavior.
