Dunno if anybody else is having this problem, but the past 2 weeks I am not getting video recording of some private show with models I have been fan of for over 3 years. I know things happen, but I have missed receiving VODs more this past week than in all the time I've been here together.

We work hard to record paid shows and have them uploaded as VODs so you can watch the show again. Video creation is an extra perk, and sometimes, issues occur during one of the processes, so we make no guarantee that all shows will be recorded, made available to guests, or will remain on the site indefinitely.
Another reason could be that the performer requested that the show not be made available.

I'm sure ths is not the case as all the VODs missing this past couple weeks occurred with models that have been favorites fo almost 4 years and I've had hundreds of private shows with no VODs missing until recently.

I assure you this is not the case. This type of thing happens at least once a year, and anytime we write customer service we get this scripted response because they don't want to look into the issue. This is especially the case on the weekend. Best to wait until Monday when the A Team is back, and someone there will take your request seriously.

I too have 2 VODs MIA. What will be found when they finally look into it is that the videos are caught in some kind of chute, and once they discover the issue, most of the videos, if not all will be processed.
Unfortunately it just takes some time to get someone's attention to take us seriously.

In the meantime, other members should start coming forward and adding comments to this post who have VODS missing, this will help the process and one of the more knowledgeable CS agents will address this.

@ NYStingRay... thankew for your comments. Up till 2 weeks ago I had never had a video go missing in all my 4 years here. Hopefully they can find these and get them restored as they are with my top 2 favorite models and I maintain my VIP status just so I can keep my complete collection with them.

Seems this problem just recently started as I've been online here over 4 years and have thousands of VODs saved and never had one missed till Feb 28th, 2022. Since then, I have had 4 lost, and appears another today.
I hope they can recover them, especially today's and Feb. 28th with My Sweet Beautiful Princess.

yes, I see many users with that problem with the vods, I have been here for 5 years, I have never had that problem and only 3 videos are missing, but it was because I hid them, as they said, I hope you can recover them

I have not had a private show recorded on the site from March 17 to today (6 shows) , the last recorded show was on March 15th. So this seams to be wide spread.

I haven't had any videos added to my Directors Vault since March 13, and I know I've had at least 5 counting one yesterday for 44 minutes and another today for 41 minutes. I am also missing one from Feb. 28th.. 3 of these are very special shows with my very favorite Sweet Beautiful Princess. I know they say to wait 48 hours for them to post, but from my experience if they haven't posted within 5-6 hours they don't appear without contacting Technical Support..

I received the email from Support and replied with the information requested. I have also replied with updates of other VODs not yet posted since the original email response. I appreciate all efforts to retrieve these VODs.

After contacting customer service through Tech Issues section I have received this email message in return:

“There is currently a backlog of VODs, please allow us some time to get this fixed if you do not see your video in 72 hours please let us know Should you still have any questions, please feel free to call our 24/7 Customer Service Department. A representative is always available to assist you.”
