There have been incidents in the past ( on several occasions) that VODs of privates got hung up in processing and went unnoticed until it was brought to Flirt's attention here.
On Saturday I had a group show and received the VOD the next day. However I also had another group show less than 3 hours later with the same model that still hasn't processed, nor one from Sunday and a third from Monday. Please check to see if you are experiencing any issues and members, please chime in if you are also missing some recent shows.

Also, Please keep in mind recordings of shows are not guaranteed. Video creation is an added perk of a show and can be purchased or viewed by VIP members for free. We make our best effort to record every paid show so that you can enjoy it again at a later date. However, we make no guarantee that all shows will be recorded, made available to guests, or will remain on the site indefinitely.
Below are some reasons a VOD recording of a show may not be available:
1. The performer requested that the show not be made available.
2. There was an error in the recording process and/or the file was corrupted during transfer.
3. Not all shows are recorded; for example: Voyeur Shows do not record nor do Party Chat shows that earn less than 250 credits.
4. Videos must be a minimum of 4 minutes to become part of the video archives.
5. The import process may have a bottleneck and video processing is delayed. Please wait 48 hours.

I responded to your email and provided you with the requested information. I did not receive a response, not even an acknowledgement of receipt and that you will get back to. I then sent a follow-up inquiring if you needed anything else. Still have not heard if anything has been looked at.

I tried to point all this out to them, but for some reason my response wouldn't go through. It would be great if they actually read what you said and responded to it rather than just hitting the "stock response to any question about videos" button.

This has happened to me before! There was a time when It took 3 days for a group show to appear in my vault and that was after I contacted customer service multiple times. I honestly think they are short staffed and need to hire and train some more people.

I have solved the mystery !!!!

Not sure why I contacted Flirt4Free in the first place, since their idea of assistance is a scripted response. What you need to do is be either a mind reader or your own private detective.
In the past, for years, anytime we had any type of show, including group shows that were recorded, they would appear in our Director's Vault within 24 hours. Sometime around the end of July I noticed several of my group shows didn't show up as planned. I found it very suspicious that 4 group shows over the course of a weekend didn't appear, yet a couple of others, some with the same model as ones missing did appear in my vault. I received little to no assistance from Flirt and had to accept that those were lost shows that would only be enjoyed by the employees of F4F. Recently I noticed several of my older group shows had disappeared. Again, some with the same model appeared, but others, which I knew I hadn't directed vanished. Instead of reaching out to Flirt, I just assumed these VODs were purged and I missed the warning.

Well, I found my videos, and I believe I may have found your videos as well.
Don't look in your Director's Vault, but search your Collection. There you will find all of the group shows you participated in but did not direct. I try to be the highest pledger for all of my group shows when possible, but from time to time another member out tips me and kudos to him. It seems these videos are no longer being stored in our vault as they have in the past, but moving to the collections area, which ultimately could prove useful, because there you can filter to VOD about to Expire, and see if you are about to lose any that you wish to purchase without going through each and every VOD in your vault.
The problem is no one ever told us they were going to do this, especially when I brought up the point in this thread when my shows didn't appear.

I urge you to take a moment to search your Collections and see if you can find the videos you are missing. If anyone else is experiencing Technical issues, please leave a post in the forum, I'll look into it the best I can

Thank you everyone for your patience and for bringing your concerns to our attention via the forums. There was an update where now participants in a Group Show have the video added to My Content if the participant is a VIP member or if the participant is the highest spender on the show. The highest spender is defined as the participant that spends the most in the show (pledge and tip combined), with no dependency on VIP status. The highest spender would also be listed as the Director and can earn credits on sales. VIP members are still able to view the show for free as long as they keep VIP status. If the highest spender is not a VIP member they would still need to purchase the video in order to view. Additionally, while a VIP member may have a copy of the show in "My Content", if the Director of the show is not a VIP and has not purchased the video, then it will be eligible for the purge after a year. The video must be purchased in order to be saved. We hope this information brings some clarity and apologize for any confusion that was experienced. CC
