Technical Support: Feature request -- only messages from models on favorites list
I would love a setting where only models on my favorite list can send me messages. Or alternative, I would like the ability to create a list of models that can send me messages. The amount of "spam" from models makes the messages a less useful feature.

Thank you for your feedback, we appreciate it! We do limit the ability of models to message users. Models can only send messages to users who have spent money, boosted, added them to favorites or notifications, voted, and messaged them historically.

Because I can definitely recall having received numerous messages from models whose room I haven’t even entered! In fact, I know of two female models who’ve sent messages to my inbox despite that I visit male models 99% of them time!

Hi, yes, it's relatively new. It was just added in within the last few months. If you come across this happening now, please let us know the specific model and we can investigate it. Thanks!

Yes, it's still happening. During the last holiday contest I received several messages from models I didn't know. I deleted most but found one still in my inbox that I never heard of nor could I pick out of a line up if she was the only person in it. Lola Fabulous. I know there have been several others

I didn't tip her, I didn't take her private, I didn't boost her, add her to favorites or notifications or vote for her. And like I said she is new, we have never corresponded before.
Shortly after I left I received a message in my inbox from her.

When we receive a message in the F4F system, how can we tell which of the names in our account it was sent to?
I received a message from someone I didn’t recall and wonder if i may very briefly was in her room while skipping about one day considering new possible prospects.
Knowing which name I was apparently using could help me narrow this down some. Quote

1) send a reply and go back and look which username it was sent by.
2) sometimes the model sends a gift, go to your gift log and see who it was to.

What could also help us identify the issue is if you could please take screen shots of the emails in question and send them over to Customer Service. Thank you!

All I did was enter a random model's room, change my username and leave and within minutes received two messages from her, apparently auto generated to BOTH usernames. Below is the message sent to both.

You did an awesome job coming in my room :P I'd like to know what are you looking for?rn

I get at least one email a week from models I have not clue who they are. Asking me to visit them. So I don't think this is working as you intended.
