Technical Support: Reviews still not posting much of the time!

I am still having ongoing issues with posting reviews. If it doesn't give me the usual "Your review has been submitted" response, I know it will not show up, and have to try it the next day again.
I have gotten into the habit of cutting and pasting a copy of my review to another file, so I can refer to it rather than have to start the review over from scratch. But, in submitting it again, it seems that the site senses it was a cut-and-paste and I never get the "your review is submitted" response when I do that. So I type the entire review all over again. and SOMETIMES it will accept it.

Thank you for posting regarding this. Can you please send us an email with a detailed description of the steps you take to post a review as well as your computer and browser information. If you could also take a video of what you see on your end that would be helpful as well. - K.K.
