The answer is you should never use a 22% off code. There are regularly better deals on the site even for $100 purchases. Right now the listed # of credits for me for $100 is 1170

The lower end of reward point codes truly does not make any sense to me under any circumstances. The 44% one could be useful sometimes if either 1) you want to buy credits urgently and don't have time to wait for a 55% discount to come up 2) you want to get a good rate but don't want to spend the $500 at a time to get the highest normal rate of 55% extra or 3) you want to buy more than ~6975 at a time and still want to get the best rate, as the highest discount rate is typically usable only once

I don’t understand why you are complaining. It is not a secret. Go to the page where you buy credits. It clearly shows what you get for $100. There was never a need to ask.

Thanks very much for your help. It's very much appreciated.
I finally found it and here is the breakdown.
Using 25,000 reward points for 22% my $100 was worth 870 credits. (odd that tech support doesn't know that number)
And through my entire period for the code my $100 was worth 1170.
I'm not complaining at all since even with 6 transactions (buy & cancel) the site didn't let that backwards transaction happen.
So oh no! Definitely not complaining :guitar :thumbsup
