Technical Support: Videos Available-Videos Not Available
Has anyone else experienced this situation? You go to a performers' profile page the Shows link will have a number indicating the amount of shows available but when you select that link a new page opens with the message, "Performer X does not have videos available at this time. Below are models that may interest you, based on your search for Performer X." The profile page will even show 4-5 "Featured Recorded Shows" in the performers' library with a link to more shows but when selected that page and message with no shows available appears. Even on twitter if a performer has a link to a new show it will go to the "no shows available page". Trying to access them later sometimes works taking you to the videos of their shows but I have experienced this problem several times with a few models' video's profile page.

Wouldn't geo-blocking prevent me from seeing the performers' profile page as well? I have access to the profile pages, open rooms, etc. I'll see what CS says.

The model's videos I was looking at/for is Brent Sterling. His profile shows 4 or 5 featured shows but clicking on them brings up the message. Clicking on the more videos brings up the message.
I know some models in the top 10% or so did have the ability to limit access to their VODs. However, the message was something like "model x is in the top 10% and has limited access to his shows..."

Thanks for giving us a specific example! Those videos work for me, so this is something that we will need to investigate to determine what is creating the difference in results.

So what you've described is what you thought it was. Models do have the ability to limit the access to the videos and although you might be able to see the featured vids, the restriction will prevent you from viewing.
