I had another instance of a private which did not appear after 12+ hours in my directors vault. The session was over 90 minutes. I sent an email and got the blanket response of this can happen and link to explanation. I asked if they could check and never heard back.
Is there anyone that can check? It was at around 9:30am EST yesterday.

Note that when you pay for a show, you are not paying for the video, as well. Video creation is an added perk of a show and can be purchased or viewed by VIP members for free. We make our best effort to record every paid show so that you can enjoy it again at a later date. However, we make no guarantee that all shows will be recorded, made available to guests, or will remain on the site indefinitely.

Shows may not be available for a number of reasons:
1. The performer requested that the show not be made available.
2. There was an error in the recording process and/or the file was corrupted during transfer.
3. Not all shows are recorded; for example: Voyeur Shows do not record nor do Party Chat shows that earn less than 250 credits.
4. Videos must be a minimum of 4 minutes to become part of the video archives.
5. The import process may have a bottleneck and video processing is delayed. Please wait 48 hours.

I've watched the processing time jump as high as 17 hours today. It is currently at a 10 hour delay but could jump again, depending on the size of the files in the queue. Your recording should be in your vault tonight.

We are working on an accommodation for the increase in daily recordings. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

Don't you just love those prerecorded answers they give you. I'm sorry but not only did I pay for the private, I paid for the VIP status for the right to have a copy of the show. Don't tell me that I am not paying for the video.

maintenance last night at 3 am eastern time and i still am 8 thousand points negative.. youre working on it? cant you get an admin to give me 8 k boost points. i have to earn the 10k back? Shows arnt recording.. forum posts are posting twice, sever shutdown for maintenance. if i buy a pvt later today as planned will it even save? should i wait until it will save or i am sure it will.. and if it doesnt what then? WE love our saved vods some of us buy privates because of it.. and if the servers are slacking tell us :/


i for one and not happy that my vods are gone.. theyre purged now.. because the model has no vods at all and theyre not " shared" that i will NEVER be able to retrieve them. because the model doesnt even want any of her vods open... thats fine. but my power score being negative 8k from 10k for a few days... i like my vods and its gonna make me wanna do pvts with models who keep vods. If the servers cant save them .. im upset :/

Rules as to lenth of time directed stayed in directed vids before expired. and up fo sale unless resricted; also, thou ght vids were part of colletion already paid for during private etc. Rule is you have to turn around and repay to keep it as part of collection ? Realize as well Model determines eligible vids for guests and glad still gets the credits, once vid paid for during directing paid for vid and suppored for other ustomers to buy.

I am currently waiting on an 83 minute private to post. It has been right around 21 hours since it ended. Usually I have them in a couple of hours.

I recently lost a 45 minutes show with no explanation, other than we aren't paying for the video, just the private which is B.S. as a VIP I am paying twice, once to create the show and a second time for VIP rights to view it.

And on a different but related topic, why as a VIP were some of my shows purged? Guys, check your catalogue

Ask your Model to track it down, you paid credits to certain Model; ask individual to take responsibility you honored Model for. verify mode, multi user, group, or desinated as private before entry. If you can screen print for date and time, help in back tracking process. Check your purchases files, vod s ect near accounts etc, it s got to register somewhere .

It's been 5 days but finally someone, thank you Ashlee, has looked into the issue and resolved it.
Ashlee, I want you to know that I appreciate you. I wish I could say the same about all of customer service, but the fact is a lot of reps will just close this with a standard " not all privates are recorded" email just to shut the member up. Ashlee did her job and I hope everyone else that got their missing videos has the same appreciation for you as I do.
And if Ashlee's boss reads this, please recognize her for her commitment to serving the customer.

I am hoping that mine is in the backlog but the private which was over 2 hours is not present after 50 hours. Mine was held at 5:00am on 6/12 with Divora.
This is getting to be a rather bad trend.
And for god sake, please don’t send me that scripted/canned response. It is getting offensive at this point
