Technical Support: Favorites Not On Opening Page

Favorites currently NOT showing on the opening page, but 3 of them are online and DO show on the Favorites page. Firefox on a Windows 8.1 laptop.

Still happened to me today. One of my favorites was online, but did not show up on top of first page. But the heart (favorites) on top right showed there was one online. I went to that page, and clicked on his photo, and it took me to his room. Went back to cover page, and then it did show him as a favorite.

I am seeing LOTS of discrepancies between the cover page and the Favorites page. Besides not showing favorites on the first page, it is indicating a number of favorites online that doesn't match what there really is. Last night, it showed I had three favorites online, although there was none (and the Favorites page showed all were offline.)

TEN days later, and still a big mess. I am seeing my favorite models, who are online, not showing up on the top of the cover page. I am seeing the number of Favorites online show numbers that are not even close to the actual number of those online (right now it shows five,. It is zero.) When a model comes online, I have to go to the Favorites page to enter their room, since they don't come up on the cover page. And when models go offline, they still are shown as online on the Favorites page.

thats really weird! I am just finding a 3 min delay in my favs showing up on the homepage! but the number by the fav heart is always right! and tends to update very quickly, so I know if a new fav has come online, before they even show on the homepage (due to the 3-5 min lag) but apart from that, things seem to be doing well!
I don't know if it will make a blind bit of difference, but I do use chrome! I haven't noticed any difference with firefox either, but I don't use any other browsers Quote

It's usually working OK now, but sometimes it will still not show faves when I first land on the opening page, but if I then go to the faves page and then go back again to the opening page, it sees them there on the faves page and then begins seeing them on the opening page again afterward. Kinda like priming a pump, LOL.

Since the page layout changed this week, some of my favorites dropped off my list. I just put them back in and then they appear at the top. This is not a major problem but I've never encountered this before.

I have a different issue. When I click a model's "view my profile" only a still photo of the model can be seen. It used to be the live view same as chat room except the size. This problem started about 3 days back.

As of yesterday, there was still a frequent disconnect between the cover page and the Favorites page. Cover page would show I have 2 favorites online, but not feature their photos on top. When I went to Favorites page, it would show only one online. ,,, Also many variations on this. Number above the heart of cover page did not match number actually online. Models listed as online a half hour after they went offline, etc. (And, yes, I refreshed page to see if it would change, and it did not.)
Right now, cover page insists I have one favorite online. None of my favorites have been online today at all, as of yet! This is crazy. Quote

Not sure if this is helpful but I'm seeing similar problems on my end. The heart icon always has the number 1 above it, even if no favorites are online. When there ARE favorites online, the number changes but the first time I click on the heart and the page redirects, it will show no favorites are online. If I refresh they show up (usually 
). Other than that, not seeing any patterns.

FYI, it is still pretty messed up. I can click on the cover page and favorites page, when I know I have NO favorites online. It alternates telling me I have 0, 1, 2, 3 online. The cover page doesn't list anyone.

Sorry to hear you've still had issues - we made another update to try and resolve this - let us know if it seems fixed or if you still have issues.
