Technical Support: Daily Chatting points not posting

Hey guys,
I make a point to come on the website everyday. It's a ritual at this point. However, I noticed in my Flirt Rewards Transaction History that the Daily Chatting bonus (Earn 60 points for being in the system for two-hours (consecutive). Limit once per day.) was only calculated for 12 days this month. They were sporadic days as well: June 2nd (1), 3rd (2), 6th (3), 7th (4), 9th (5), 13th (6), 15th (7), 17th (8), 18th (9), 20th (10), 22nd (11), 23rd (12).
Can someone look into this and see why this is? Quote

I noticed that too in my transaction history. I did a test and found that the Daily Chatting points gets posted if I log in using my main user name. The points do not get posted if I log in using any of my secondary user names. I have not confirmed yet if switching my user name from my main user name to one of my secondary user names prevents the Daily Chatting points from getting posted. I hope this observation helps in figuring out and fixing the problem. I had been also missing out on the Daily Chatting points for some time now as well as sometimes I prefer to log in using one of my secondary user names.

I checked for this month too. I'm still getting spotty rewards for Daily Chatting, even when I'm in 1 model's room for 2 hours, not just "in the system" for 2 hours as the reward indicates.
I know they give credits if you have problems on the site. I wonder if they can dole out Flirt Reward Points in the same way?

We look back 90-days, and it appears you just recently started back up again so you should start acclimating from here on out. Keep an eye on your points earned, and if you have any questions, please feel free to contact our Customer Service team available 24/7.
