Technical Support: How to enter DEAL CODE for PVTY

When I got deal codes in the past, I got the deal code in e-mail, and then just chose a "private" chat in model's room. A second screen would come up that asked for DEAL CODE, which I would enter.
We just tried it several times, and no entry for deal code was there. It just took me into full-pay PVT.
Is this a BUG, or did I miss something?? Quote

It used to be that there would be a deal code box after you selected rate. The way it works now, is we have all the deal codes integrated into a dropdown menu to make it easier and skip a step. If a model has a deal code available, you should see a deal code box to select on the same menu with the rates, and then be able to select your code. If your code is unique to you, it should still be listed there for you. Please let us know if this isn't your experience.

There is NO such box anywhere near the box for the Start Show, below the video feed.

Now when a performer deal is available you will see a "Deal" badge on the start show panel. When you click start show you will see "use a deal code", from there you can select the deal code in the drop down menu and start your show. CC

There is NO "Deal" Badge on the screen.

As often happens, I had to figure this out on my own.
I was online with model when he did the Deal code. Same as I had been in the past.,
But NOW, you must RELOAD the page to have the DEAL badge show up. You should TELL people that in the e-mail!

STILL NOT WORKING!!
With the additional explanation from above, as to the NEW way that DEALS are accessed, I just tried it again, and IT DOES NOT WORK,
When you click on the DEAL badge, it indeed does give you a choice of clicking on PRIVATE CHAT, MULTI CHAT or DEAL. When you choose DEAL, it lists available deals. I selected the one deal I had available and clicked on it. It proceeded to take me to a FULL PAY private!
We immediately ended the chat and I called Tech Support. They will refund the credits taken by mistake. But the deal (which was 45 minutes after 0 minutes paid) is gone, and model would have to redo it.
Clearly, NOBODY TESTED THIS OUT after doing the change to how it works. We deserve better, folks! Clearer directions should also be available on the page and in the private message sent that confirms the DEAL. Quote

Hello, sorry to hear you're still having issues. We have tested it a few different ways as we did when we built it, and have been unable to recreate your experience. Did you select the checkbox next to the code you selected? Your deal code doesn't show as having been used yet, so that is currently our best explanation for why it wouldn't have worked as it shoul have.

I definitely remember clicking on the box next to the deal code (And I even tried to UNcheck the default which was PRIVATE). It may not have registered, I don't know. And it does indeed show the Deal is still available, although I don't recall seeing that when I first got out of the full-pay private about a minute after it was started.

Actually, the icon bar was moved to bottom, and the DEAL badge started, less than a month ago. Before that, you had to wait for a second screen to come up and enter the password for the deal you wanted.

You are making things so difficult. If you are in the model's chat room, click on their photo icon where you pull up their bio etc. You will see ' check out my deals ' where your deal will be included. There you have the option to ' go private with this deal' and it will take you right into your show once you click it.
That is not new.
