Sometimes when I hover over a profile picture to see a model before entering a room, and I decide to hover another profile picture to see another model, I am still seeing the previous model. It has happened on numerous occasions now. Just thought you may want to know. Just to explain better: I see Model A, I hover the indicator over the profile photo to check out model A, then I change my mind. I want to see model B instead, but when I hover the indicator over B and I am still seeing model A. Quote

I have experienced the same phenomena and have sent a couple screen captures to Customer Service. It seems to occur for me when the page refreshes and the previous preview "lingers" over the refreshed model's placeholder. I think I have also seen it occur when switching between model previews as page refreshes. Hope this helps. Good luck.
