Hi I'm trying to use a vanilla visa prepaid card to buy credits and it keeps declining I've checked the balance and it's all good the card is activated everything is fine it just keeps declining I've tried every dollar amount nothing and I've tried just authorizing it with the 0.0 credit option and it says declined there also I need help any tips?

Check with the provider. Sometimes there's an option to prevent things like "gambling" sites and the like - you may need to disable this and try again. How you do this depends on the provider, so your mileage may vary.

Usually with Vanilla card and other gift cards you need to go on their website and fill out your address to use it online because they use the zip code to confirm online transactions.
