Technical Support: Model pages not fully loading

I have noticed that when I enter some model's rooms, their profiles do not fully load. I cannot see their picture in the upper left hand corner. If I click on the HEAD icon, their profile does not fully load, if I click on FULL BIO it take me to flirt4free(.)com/models/bios/. The name of the model is not included in the web link.
If I stay in their room for an hour when they are like this, they will not give 60 Flirt Points.
To be clear, I can search these models by name and locate their profile. If I click on their FULL BIO link while I am in their room, it will not take me there.
Please check to make sure their profiles are all properly loading. This seems to happen more within the first few minutes that they log on than if they've been on for over 10 minutes. However, not always. Quote

The issue is in male model David Fak's room. It was resolved for a couple days but the problem has returned. I haven't noticed it in other model rooms. Quote

Another point. David Fak kept complaining of low traffic. I took him off my favorites and tried to search for him on the page. HE'S NOT THERE!!! So, he can't earn if no one can find him. His room is still not loading properly. I am not sure if this is an issue for Technical Support or Broadcast Support, but he cannot see the problem on his side, so he's relying on me to report this.

I just now went to visit David Fak, without any problem. 4:15 a.m. New York time 10/16.

Did you find him using a search tool? Or did you find him on the front page list of models?
When you entered his room, what happened when you tried to access his profile from his room?

I manually changed the url to his name instead of someone else's. I didn't try to go to his profile.

Gotcha. The concerns are:
1. He doesn't populate on the front page when he's online, even on the top bar where one's favorites appear.
2. Upon entering his room, the information square on the upper left corner of his screen is blank. This square only appears when you mouse over a model's cam window.
His profile is active, so if you search his name or type his url (as you did), the profile will appear.
Out of curiosity, is iheartbutt another one of your screen names? Or are you someone else?
