Technical Support: Number of reviews is WRONG

When a model goes offline, the screen that shows that has a section on the right side that gives you info about the model. It includes the information on reviews, showing "5.0 out of 5 based on X reviews"
The X above SHOULD be the TOTAL number of reviews included on the model's profile. Instead, it duplicates the 5 from the previous slot, and shows it as "4.0 out of 5 base don 5 reviews"
It appears to be on all models, so likely a programming error. I have screenshots if you want them, of models with 20+ reviews who are shown as only having 5. Quote

I did send a screenshot, and was told the 5 was right, since it only counted those within the last 30 days.
Uh, NO it does not. The model in question (that I sent the screenshot) only had 3 in the 30 days. And another who had 11 in that period also shows only 5.
If you want to be lazy and not fix a problem, just say so. But don't make up crap that is easily proven to be WRONG. Quote

To add to this, (not sure if it still works) I could post a review using my basic account. I haven't done so in years but as people sometimes look at reviews before visiting a host wouldn't it be better if we could only post a review if we have tipped that host at least 100 credits? I say this because using a basic account, I could easily give a bad review (just because she refused my request) and even premiums have been known to go in to a room, make a request and not tip then get rebuffed by the host so they say something negative about them.

Don't worry most negative reviews get removed by the model or studio so they are rarely seen by anyone.
