Technical Support: online notifications variable
Hi there, recently, I have found the online notifications quite variable (I haven't changed any of my settings). Sometimes the notifications come through straight away, sometimes 2 or 3 hours later, and sometimes not at all. Do you know what is causing this? Thanks.

Is this happening with all models or a specific model?

Same here. I receive the emails from the models, but no counting in my transaction history. Last entry is from:

This problem is still occurring. None of the models I've set to notify are generating emails to me. It happened again tonight (Ricky Neal).
Hello Jim_AssMan_MI, I noticed your "receive subscriptions" was set to "No" under your email settings. I have reset this for you. Please keep an eye on it for a couple of days and if you still aren't receiving them please let us know. Really? Ok. That is strange because I thought I had made that change to turn it on when I changed my email address. I thought I checked it when I wasn’t getting notification emails when favorites were on-line. Thank you!
