Not able to puchase credits with debit card, error: you cant purchase using this card. can you tell why cant I purchase?

And they are no help to you. They keep blaming bank but I’ve tried numerous credit cards, and 3 different bank cards, plus PayPal and the gift card trade way to add credits. I get the same error to try again later but for more than 24 hours this has been going on. Customer service keeps telling me it’s on my end, but I made a new account and magically everything works on that account. They are the most worthless customer service that is doing their models a disservice by preventing customers from purchasing credits.

If it works okay on the other account, then more than likely there is an error in the credit/debit registration on the account. I had that issue once, and it turned out my Zip code was entered wrong, and my bank was blockin' the purchase. I fixed the Zip code error and no problem at all now. Your case could be something different, as in expiration date, CVC# or expiration date..
Just my n-n-n-n-n 5 cents worth.

It might simply have been your bank being super-careful and playing "Big Brother." My credit union intentionally denied transactions with my debit card, until I called them and explained it was legit.
