After the survey at the end of 2011 we setup a number of tasks to address the issues you raised. Two of the recurring themes from the survey were:

1. Rooms with little to not activity (models just sitting, not talking)

2. The same few performers winning prizes during our promotions.

We are taking steps on both of these comments starting February 1st with a unique performer promotion we're calling the "Flirt of the Hour". All in all we'll be giving close to $14,000 in prize money to performers.

This hourly promotion rewards the top male and female performer based on who has the most users in their room at any one minute during the hour. The top male and female performer will receive a $10 prize and there is no limit on the # of times someone can win.

You can help your favorite performers win by visiting their room and interacting. Our data shows that rooms with engaging performers and a steady flow of conversation tend to build up high numbers of users (because people are having fun).

This is just one of the many things we are going to be rolling out in response to that survey; everything is designed to continue to improve the experience on the site and make it more fun. We hope you enjoy!
