Think I get the scoop. Send a message to a favourite. No reply yet. But I see a balance on 90 credits on screen. Presume I obtained 100 credits by sending a message. With 10 being deducted for the first use. 👍

Are the free 100 monlthly message credits given to VIP members real credits? Like, are they actually given to the model as credits? Or is it just free messages and the model is not compensated.

So I send off a few messages to a favorite. She doesn't seem to know where to look for the messages.
I have no idea how a performers screen looks. But I presume it's different than mine as a user.
Does she need some special instructions to find them?
Are these messages off site on some other platform for her? :helpme

Another question.
Does the performer benefit from my 100 VIP fee credits without reading the messages?
So far I'm not getting any replies but if the performer still benefits from my attempts I'm thinking I might as well keep shooting blanks and let her benefit.
If that sounds fair?

My credits to send messages seem to have evaporated after just 3-4 messages but maybe I didn't count them correctly.
Does the performer deduct from my credits when THEY reply back?

I'm convinced the last portion of my credit vanished few days ago as well. But luckily I had used up the majority.
Im ready to say a performers reply didn't deduct from my credits. But let's see what customer service has to say on it once they pay attention to this forum again.

The 100 vip message credits reset at the end of each month. So if you still have some left of that balance at the end of the month you should send messages to your favorite models so the credits don't go to waste.

I got a better understanding of it now. :thumbsup

My credits for DM+ dropped to 0 end of the month instead of reset to 100 as some users like me would expect.
I send off the first message a minute ago and now my balance is reset to 90.
And yes I had used up 90 of those credits and was expecting to use the other 10 after I get a reply. Hardly got any replies from performers. I'm just hoping they benefit without replying.

For me at least there was a visual bug. The 100 credit balance does not show but they are indeed there. I lowered my Wallet balance to zero and sent a 10credit message to test. It went through and my displayed balance went to 90.

Yes, there should absolutely be more concessions for VIP for turning an included feature into a paid feature. 100 credits per month is not enough (although as I said I suspect they are credited to your account and its just a visual bug not showing 100 available).
The old DM system did have problems though. You would just lose DMs all the time.
The improvements as I see them:
-connectivity seems better so far
-I like that the models have the options for a mobile app
-messages for all usernames available in one screen, don't have to go into a new chat room to switch usernames to see DMs
-picture support in DMs (and does not have the file size restrictions that Inbox messages do)

To me, definitely a disappointment that these changes mean its a paid feature now. Something like 500 message credits per month to VIP would make it much more palatable.
