It's just my opinion. I like this site n I know that everyone is trying to make money. I understand that but I just think a lot of them don't try n work with people. Most sit in their rooms n do nothing but want tips, I don't mind tipping but at least give me a reason to begin. Not all performers r like that I have a few that will be happy to get u tipping. Just my opinion I will stay with the ones that I know I can really enjoy the site. Do others think the same
I am a paying customer to this site but in the past have also been a performer.
As a customer it does suprise me how some models feel all the need to do is sit watching television and ignore potential customers in order to make their business work for them. I always wonder why models like this bother to be webcam performers as they can't be having much fun, gemerally they look bored so I assume they are bored and move on. It just makes me laugh when performers tell a room 'tip me' for doing nothing and again I move on. Likewise as a paying customer I would never demand something for nothing as I feel it's disrespectful, in fact I never tip because I prefer to take a model Private so I can have one on one time with them- just my personal preference. That way I feel I get a better experience and the performer is given a decent financial return for there hard work.
And it is hard work being a performer, as we all know that visitors to rooms can be disrespctful, rude or timewasters and for some performers this can over time can take it's toll and they allow it to get to them. Understabdable, but not great business sense as at the end of the day they are the ones who loose out financially. It's no suprise that the performers who do well here are confident enough with themselves to not take things personally.
When I was a performer I just focused on enjoying myself in the hope that it would show and encourage people to spend time in my room. I understood that free chat was an oppotunity for me to engage with potential customers and have some fun...after all the site has 'Flirt' in the title, and my idea of flirting is not to ignore someone. I also understood that some visitors to my room wished to remain silent, anonymous or just wanted to say Hi, all of which was cool with me. I always wanted to leave visitors to my room with a good impression so that they would return.
I think what it comes down to is that some performers are secure and confident enough to enjoy this work and others perhaps should be doing something else. But similar can be said for visitors to rooms...some come to have fun and understand that you can do that without treating a model disrespectfully, and other visitors come to throw negative comments at others hiding behind blank profiles- not a very honourable way to behave, and they too should probab;y spend their time doing something else with their lives.
