Mr. Fit, myelmo first started this thread almost 2 years ago (well, sort of...November 2013) when he was still "stinks".
As to everything else you said, I would have to say I agree with you. I had not planned on saying anything in this thread because of some recent negative experiences, but I have made a couple of really good friends on this site whom I tipped and took private in the beginning, but who now tell me that it is not necessary. And as you said you do yourself with Brett025, we communicate with each other even when they are not online, via Twitter and through F4F's messaging system.
But also as you said, some models are all about the credits, from first meeting even to the present, and though we are friendly with each other, I do not feel quite the same "friendship" with them that I do my good friends. Quote

Of course u wouldnt feel that! Coz this "friend" will comunicate with u while u give him money... when u will stop that - he will try back it! -(i have some troubles, i need ur help and other sht) then if he see that u wouldnt send him $ - he will forget you. at best! at worst - will insult you

Pens, depends on how you define 'friend' and it's probably personal, you may know hundreds, thousands even and really know very few are really your friend, for 'models' it's even harder just to find 1 real friend even in yourself.

To me, it's all about the customer. I'd rather make and maintain a great friendship/connection with somebody that just "jack off for money". For me, meeting new people and listening to them, helping them, pleasing them makes it all worth while. True, the credits that come with it is nice, but in all reality how are you getting these credits? From the very people you're talking to. So in my mind...the customer is always my priority. Whatever makes them happy is happiness for me.
*little note- Not to long ago I had a guy come into my room, he was such a wonderful guy. He was devastated he couldn't take me private for more than a few minutes. I felt bad, I really did, he was such a great regular. Because of that I just told him to make me an offer (about 230 credits for 10 minutes). Ideally models would reject but again in my mind, it's all about making them happy and making sure they're my first priority.

I totally agree with you. I have several regulars to my room and some of them pay, some of them nickle and dime you to get a cheap thrill, and some of them pay big . it is nice to get credits of course, but making those guys happy is a wonderful feeling and when it all boils down to it, that is what keeps them coming back is FRIENDSHIP. I like talking to them. their very sweet and it's nice to know they appreciate kindness as well. Quote

I tell many of the customers that "we're all here for the same reason" in some way or another. Credits are nice, yes, but so is meeting all kinds of interesting people! I enjoy giving cam shows for an appreciative audience and I enjoy it much more when I can learn more about a person and form a friendship!
