What causes me to spend is a combination of good room control, overt sexiness (show offs) and responsiveness.
So I like someone who wants to show off to the room but isn't going to respond to jerks, or can respond with aplomb. Those who do tip or are good long-term customers, they are responsive to. They want to show off to those people.
If guys are just friendly and personable but aren't show offs, I'm not really interested. That's ME. A lot of people like the hard-to-get thing, which is totally contrary to what I like.
It all depends but that's what I like.
