We have made updates to the performer application to give the customer the best experience possible when it comes to viewing models broadcast. This does require that you have a stable internet speed connection as the settings on the software can be adjusted according to the internet speed you have. When the internet connection is too low, issues connecting to the performer application can occur since it doesn't meet the requirements. Please run a speedtest and email is the results received so we may confirm if it is your internet connection. Quote
