THIS IS A FREE COUNTRY AND I THOUGHT I VERY CALMLY AND WITHOUT BAD WORDS EXPLAINED HOW THERE WAS AN ERROR IN AUTO FUNDING MY ACCOUNT. RATHER THAN EXPLAIN HOW THEY FIXED IT OR IF THEY DON'T PLAN TO, THEY REMOVED IT. THIS SHOULD CAUSE ALL OF US CONCERN and it really irks me and DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO GET THEM TO PUT YOUR MESSAGE BACK?

Allow me to introduce some calm analysis into this apparently confused thread. (i know right? Mandy? Calm analysis? wtf?) First, shouting poster, there is some confusion you yourself introduce by using terms such as auto-renew. Renew what exactly? Your ViPiss membership? Is there some other renewal that i am unaware of? Some "Hey member when your credit count reaches zero we'll shove our lovely smooth hands into your pocket and refill your 'wallet' or your 'bank'? Never seen that option offered here myself. *shrug*

Secondly, and more importantly, why in the hell are you ranting about this in the threads at all? Why haven't you simply picked up a telephone, anyone's telephone, and dialed the numbers listed to contact VS directly? I call Customer Support quite frequently and even the new hires that get scheduled for the weekends and late at night and holidays are very helpful and polite. You pick up the phone and dial the number, a recorded message lists the options, you pick the one for billing and tech support and PRESTO you speak right to another human (ummm you are human right?) They are paid to let you rant and rave and then calmly assist in the resolution of your issues (not the psychological of course because the pathology which your rant suggests has no cure).

Third, and for heaven's sake i do not know how many times i've tried to make this clear to such as you. This is not a democracy, not a nation state where you can pick up a banner from the imaginary Concession Stand� in the imaginary Lobby� that i alone have invented and woven; to march in your solitude around the VS rental space in California. Nope Spanky ... this is a business run by profit minded individuals in employ of a Corporate Identity.

So references to "freedom" and "rights" and "blah blah blah" are frankly delusional. When you made a legal agreement, and continue to with each penny, or farthing spent here, pay attention to the small print littered behind the little hot spot links at the bottom of pages. Money in ... money gone.

Finally, my dear Spanky, there is a method of retrieving and restoring *REMOVED BY DARLING MONKEYS IN FEZZES* forum posts. Again, pick up that phone you've never learned to use and dial the number listed with the Contact Us hot spot. Pick the number for Technical Support and speak calmly and as an adult might with the voice that answers. Tell them your problem slowly and with the words of English what it is you wish to have occur. "Please Miss or Mr say presto for me and make my post appear from the nuclear ash pit where it's been tossed." If (and i just know the impossibility of this being the case) it wasn't (as i suspect it was) some insane venomous message threatening to commence murd3r and mayhem upon all of California's citizenry ... they might just magically restore it.

Now darling ... it's Sunday morning here, a lovely cool summer morning in my beloved mountains; so i'm going to wander along a memory path holding hands with one of several i have loved. I'd suggest you take a deep breath and do the same.
