Hi Guys, I really need some help.

I have my flirt phone set up and when it rings, I answer it and hear the lady's voice saying press 1 to accept, press 2 to reject..

Whenever I press 1 to accept the call, it hangs up and tells the guy I'm not taking calls!!!

I went out and bought a way better quality phone just encase and I also emailed admin numerous times but they didn't help me.

I called my phone provider and they said my phone line is fine. I have even tried pressing 2 to reject the call encase the buttons are mixed up. lol.

Anyone got any ideas?

Yes good luck, if you find out or ever found a solution I would love to know!! I get calls and don’t ever receive ANY credit for them, even if it’s in a VOD and it’s very obvious that I am on “flirtphone” smh....

Thank you so much for your quick response! I really appreciate it!! I have contacted my provider and I even had one of my very good regulars test the phone the other day when I told my room I was “sorry for not answering my phone but I wasn’t receiving the credits that were rightfully mine” so I thought maybe if some paying customers complained to the support staff maybe they could get the problem solved. And I was pleasantly surprised, because it worked! I got the credit for that two minute phone call, but the other ones 20 minutes at 300CPM is what mattered to me. I have a vod you CLEARLY see and hear me on the phone, I was told by the support staff “my music was too loud to hear anything” smh....hopefully it is fixed but thank you for your help
